The diorama is based on artwork that was released as a teaser to the game’s expansion pack in January 2007, The Burning Crusade. It captures the ferocious battle between a Blood Elf Rogue and a Draenei Paladin, celebrating the addition of the two new races.

Taurens and Ogres and Elves, oh my! Great news comes out of the Sideshow Toys camp with the announcement that they have obtained the World of Warcraft collectibles license. In Sideshow fashion not much news other then the announcement and a bit of a teaser web page has been released but they have said that they will tease us a bit more on January 1st, 2007. This signing seems to have been a bit of a disappointment for some diehard collectors who were hoping for licenses from other themes like DC Comics or Spider-man but World of Warcraft has so many unique characters, beautiful artwork and a great storyline that Sideshow should have a lot to work with and the millions of WOW fans will not be disappointed.
