If you’re considering purchasing a system from Dell here is what I’ve learned. Be very patient and watch for deals every Thursday on the website. If you call in to the Sales reps be prepared to be put on hold and even hung up on. Keep calling to until you get someone you feel comfortable with and is knowledgeable. Go over the order with the rep a few times to ensure you have all the components you want and to limit the chance of any errors being made. If you need to change the order or cancel you need to get in touch with the Sales rep you originally dealt with so have his or her contact information (i.e. Email address, Phone, Extension, Hours) handy. After the ordering process the experience is very sweet, you can follow your computer from the order stage to the production stage and then to it being shipped and arriving at your door.Thanks Dell.
