In the spirit of the New Year and new beginnings, WetaNZ is holding a competition that asks you to send in your New Years Resolutions for the characters of Weta Collectibles. All you have to do is select a Collectible from the Weta range by logging onto www.wetanz.com/collectibles, email your suggestion to info@wetanz.co.nz and you will go in the draw to win an image of the Collectible character re-enacting your resolution!

Today being the birthday of Lord of the Rings creator JRR Tolkien, Sideshow Collectibles is celebrating with a giveaway, coupon code and a sneak peak at a new LOTR figure.
For the contest you will have a chance to win the Sideshow Excluside 12inch Faramir by submitting your best tribute to Tolkien comment on Sideshow’s Tolkien Birthday Celebration page. The contest will end at 11:59pm PST on Sunday Jan. 6 with Sideshow’s web team picking the best, most creative and heartfealt tribute.

All you have to do is take a picture of yourself wearing your best, scariest, most creative Halloween duds and submit it to myspacecontest@mcfarlane.com. You have up until midnight November 2 to make your entry and it probably wouldn’t hurt if your costume was McFarlane theme related. What can you win?
